WATERMIST SYSTEM

Water mist systems are fire suppression systems that use fine water droplets to ex- tinguish or control fires.These small droplets are highly effective,providing en- hanced cooling,oxygen displacement,and prewetting capabilities.This allows the system to use less water and smaller piping compared to standard sprinkler Systems.

Nexpro's water mist system stands out for its versatility and efficiency.It offers three different driving mechanisms:electric pump,diesel engine,and pressurized cylinder.The system's approved nozzles operate across a wide pressure range, from 70 bar down to 35 bar,with a K-factor of only 1.1.This design provides exceptional cost-effectiveness and efficiency across a variety of applications.

System Features

● The gas cylinder is filled with 200Bar Nitrogen,which can be seated

   either horizontally or vertically

● The N2 cylinder size can be from 30L-80L

● The water tank varies from 40L to 240L with internal lining

● When the system actuates,N2 gas from gas cylinder is regulated to 42Bar at the valve outlet and the gas pushs the water out of the water tanks with consistent flow

WATER MIST NOZZLES

Water mist is distributed within the protect- ed area by the discharge nozzle which is sized to ensure the correct flow of agent for the risk.The nozzle is available with 5 ports patterns.Each port have a small nozzles. One center small nozzle is surrounded by 4 small nozzles.Each small nozzle has a filter inside to prevent nozzle clogging.Dis- charge nozzles are installed in the end of pipeline,discharge the agent uniformly,and satisfies the requirement of discharge time.
